Indemnity Clause

Purpose

Studler Academy prioritises the safety and well-being of all students. However, as with any educational institution, certain risks exist in daily activities, sports, outings, and travel. This clause ensures parents/guardians understand and accept these risks.

Clause

• Parents/guardians acknowledge that learners participate in all school activities at their own risk.

• While every effort is made to maintain a safe environment, Studler Academy cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, theft, or property loss that may occur during:

  • Regular classes and school hours

  • Sports, clubs, and extracurricular activities

  • School trips, camps, or excursions

• Parents/guardians indemnify and hold harmless Studler Academy, its staff, and representatives against any claims that may arise from participation in school activities.

• In emergencies, the school may authorise necessary medical treatment, and parents/guardians remain responsible for all related costs.
